This manual provides a comprehensive guide for hotel reservation agents on how to use a PMS (property management system). It includes detailed written instructions accompanied by clear screenshots and is designed to be used alongside a trainer-led introduction to the system. It serves as a resource for both new hires and tenured employees.

LQA Facilitator Guide
This document outlines how to effectively and efficiently deliver LQA training for hotel advisors. It includes a detailed breakdown of each session, required resources, and recommended timeframes, along with helpful links to support the entire process. It is designed for use by any trainer who has been certified to deliver the material.

Hotel Waitlist Procedure
This Standard Operating Procedure guides hotel advisors on when to offer or decline a waitlist request and when to request an exception. It includes sample scenarios with clear, step-by-step instructions and screengrabs for clarity. This was developed collaboratively across multiple departments to ensure alignment on operational best practices.
